Refund Policy

Refunds

Each item in our shop is created with purpose and printed just for you. Because of this made-to-order process, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or buyer's remorse. 

 

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page and we kindly ask that you review them carefully before placing your order. Since each item is custom printed just for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We believe in doing what is right.  If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly provide a return for replacement at no cost to you.

To help us serve you well, please:

  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery

  • include clear photos of defect or damage

  • include your order information. 

Once verified we will take care of the rest.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If we made an error with your order (wrong item, design, or print), we will make it right. Integrity and excellence matters to us, and we stand behind what we create.  Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. 

 

FINAL NOTES

  • we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers 

  • refunds are only issued for confirmed defects or fulfillment errors
