Welcome to The Feisty Christ. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

• Production Time: Because items are printed only after an order is placed, please allow for a fulfillment period (typically 2–7 business days) before shipping.

• Product Variations: Small variations in print placement or color may occur due to the digital printing process. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the final product may vary slightly from the digital mockup.

3. Payments and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or our designated third-party processors. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. You are responsible for any sales tax or customs duties applicable to your region.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

• Lost Packages: If an order is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of The Feisty Christ. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without express written permission.

6. User Conduct

When using our Contact Form or Prayer Request features, you agree not to post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Feisty Christ is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or fulfillment bottlenecks at Printful. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to garment materials; please check product descriptions for fabric content.
